Introducing pathpipe

Job boards repeat themselves and forget you the moment you apply. pathpipe keeps one copy of every opening, says why it fits, and remembers each application until you hear back.

Recommendations

Your priorities, not a vendor default.

Openings are recommended from your profile. Mark each criterion Essential, Normal, Nice to have or Ignore, and every score follows. Miss an essential and an opening cannot rank as a strong fit.

How it works

Set up in the time it takes to write one cover letter.

Drop in your CV. PDF only. pathpipe reads it and fills in the titles, seniority and domain it finds. You keep the pen.
Say what you are looking for. Contract, cities or remote, salary floor, the companies you never want to see again. Then weight what matters most.
Work the pipeline. Scored openings land in Matches. Add one to your board, move the card as it goes, and see what is waiting on you.
No recruiter side

“You are the customer, not the product.”

No profile marketplace, no paid placement, no sponsored posting pushed up your feed. The only ranking is the one you set.

  • No recruiter side.

Employers never see your profile. Nobody pays to reach you, so there is nothing to sell.

  • No paid placement.

No company can pay to rank higher. The order comes from your criteria and nothing else.

  • Every score explained.

Each match lists the criteria it meets and the ones it misses. If it ranks high, you can see why.

  • Quiet by default.

One email after a crawl, only for openings scoring 80 or more. On by default, one switch turns it off.

Questions

Questions people actually ask.

Does pathpipe apply to jobs for me?

No. It finds the openings, scores them and remembers everything you sent — you write the application. Auto-applying is how people end up with a hundred rejections and no idea why.

Where do the openings come from?

From the employer’s own job board, through the public API of the applicant tracking system they use — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor, Personio, Recruitee, Workable or Workday. Four job boards are read on top of that, only to learn which companies are hiring.

Can I track applications I sent before signing up?

Yes. Any application can be created by hand, with its company, status, date and the link you applied through, whether or not the posting is in pathpipe.

What happens to my résumé?

It is stored on your account and read once to pre-fill your profile, using keyword extraction on our own servers. It is never sent to a third party and never shown to a recruiter.

Which markets are covered?

Coverage follows the sources: it is densest in tech and in Europe.

How often do new matches arrive?

Boards are read around the clock. Your batch of 25 renews as soon as you have sorted it, and an email at 8 brings the new batch or a reminder. One switch turns it off.
